Shipping Time

• Within Türkiye: Orders are shipped the same day or the next. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
• Abroad: 7-21 business days (varies depending on customs procedures).

Shipping Fee

• For orders of 500 TL and above Shipping is free.
• For orders under 500 TL, shipping costs are determined according to the shipping company.

Shipping Company

Your orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo or MNG Kargo. The tracking number will be sent to your order confirmation email.

Delivery Address

If you are not at the address during delivery, the courier company will contact you or leave the package at their branch.
