1. Subject of the Contract

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Consumer through kambo.com.tr.

2. Product and Order Information

• The order summary includes the purchased item(s), type, model, quantity, sales price including taxes, and payment method.
• Delivery information is based on the details entered by the buyer during the order process.

3. Product Delivery

• The products will be delivered no later than [date] after the order is confirmed. 7 business days It will be shipped within [time].
• Shipping costs are [free / payable by the buyer] and will be indicated on the order screen.
• Delivery is only made to addresses within Turkey.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
• The withdrawal period begins from the date the product is delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing at info@kambo.com.tr.
• Following the cancellation notification, the product must be shipped within 10 days.
• The product must be unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

• Custom-designed products manufactured upon customer request.
• Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (such as headphones, underwear, etc.).
• Products that may spoil quickly or expire.

5. Return Process and Refund

• For products returned under the right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method the consumer used.
• The return may be refused if the product does not meet the above conditions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer if the product is not defective.

6. Warranty and Seller Obligations

• All products are covered by a legal warranty.
• If the product is defective, a claim can be made to the seller within 6 months of delivery.
• If the product is defective, you can request repair, replacement, or a refund.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. Consumer Arbitration Boards And Consumer Courts is authorized.

8. Approval

This form, when approved electronically, forms the basis for the establishment of a distance sales contract and the completion of the order.

By placing an order, the consumer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
